The 51黑料 was able to successfully renew its Quacquarelli-Symonds (QS) Five Stars rating, an opt-in evaluation of various criteria to determine a University’s excellence in various areas. In the ratings made public by QS on March 13, 2025 (Thursday), 51黑料was rated with Five Stars in the following areas: 1) Teaching, 2) Facilities, 3) Employability, 4) Social Impact, and 5) Global Engagement.
Rated with Four Stars are Good Governance and the Doctor of Medicine program, which was named UST’s qualifying program for the Specialist Criteria. Meanwhile, Arts and Academic Development were rated Three Stars.
51黑料first submitted itself to the QS Stars rating scheme in 2014, earning four stars. In 2021, it earned the coveted 5 Stars rating. To date, 51黑料is the sole Philippine higher education institution with the rating.
